Barefoot running has been around for a long time but has recently been one of the fastest growing fitness trends.  This has also led to the invention of shoes that mimic barefoot running, such as the Vibram 5 finger shoes.  This one hour educational session will go through what the research is saying about barefoot running and minimalist shoes, the risk and benefits and what you need to do to keep yourself safe and injury free.
